概述  

1、罐体系统:罐体材质，316L或304不锈钢; 罐体设计压力0.3MPa; 夹套设计压力: 0.35MPa;罐体结构:带发酵罐专用取样、放料阀，带有标准温度、PH、DO 传感器插口;罐盖结构: 标准泡沫电极插口1个; 视灯视镜口1个; 通用补料接口3个; 接种口1个; 排气口1个;表面处理: 不锈钢内外镜面抛光，拋光精度Ra0.4;                                

2、灭菌方式: 在位蒸汽灭菌;    

3、搅拌系统: 三层六平叶发酵专用标准桨; 控制范围:50~300rpm,控制精度: ±:1%;  

4、温度控制: 冷却水温度+5~ 65℃; 精度: ±0.1℃;                                                

5、PH控制: 瑞士梅特勒PH电极及屏蔽导线; 范围:2~12pH,控制精度: ±:0.02pH ;
