1.腔承受的工作压力(CIP压力）0.4MPa.

2.阀腔通径流量大于1500L/Hr.

3.所有与产品接触的零部件材料采用食品级材料，耐温150℃以上，耐酸碱，不分解，整个阀组金属材料采用食品级不锈钢材料。

4.质不能够相互渗漏，并保证阀腔以及整个产品通道与外界完全隔离无渗漏，确保阀腔及产品通道能够达到无菌状态。

5.阀腔和整个产品通道表面光滑（表面光洁度达到0.8um）接口平滑过渡，无死角，清洗后没有产品、工作介质余垢。
